These stories are full of hope and give all glory to God! Every month we share a new story here so be sure to check in monthly to be uplifted by how God works in the lives of so many!

It is our tradition in the ASJB to have each Associate rock a pair of pink flip flops during our summer College Nights. This year, the ASJB College Division is excited to buy two new pairs for two new team members! Our need for Social Media and Marketing & Communications Associates were fulfilled with two magnificent young women! Caroline and Theresa have such great hearts of service and love for the Lord. The ASJB is ecstatic to welcome these two wonderful women and we thank dearly Erinn Black and Laura Moore who served as our previous Associates in these respective roles. Read below to learn more about our new team members and keep an eye out for them throughout the year as they live out their faithful fiat!
Meet Caroline!
Hi! My name is Caroline Wack and I am the new Social Media Associate for the ASJB. I am a first-year at the University of Virginia studying Commerce and Chinese and am from Annandale, Virginia. From the start of my time at UVA, I got involved with the Catholic Campus Ministry and on-Grounds pro-life organization. Through the Catholic community, I have been able to meet so many quality people who foster such a strong love for Christ and zeal for his mission. My first encounter with the ASJB was through attending a College Night during the summer of 2020. The event allowed me to recognize the importance of youth conversion and maintaining one’s faith in college. Since then, this matter has been at the forefront of my prayer life. I am excited to play this role in Christ’s mission and to let others know that the same positive experience I have had with my community of faith is possible for others as well!
Meet Theresa!
Hello! My name is Theresa Long and I am the new Communications & Marketing Associate for ASJB. I am a Sophomore at Mount St. Mary’s University and am studying Communications with a minor in Psychology. I am also on the track and field and cross country teams at the Mount which gives me a great opportunity to witness to Christ as a student-athlete. I am very excited to work with the Associates this coming year as it has been a great desire of mine to be able to be a part of this essential ministry.
The Associates of St John Bosco has been a bright light to me and so many other college students. For the past two years, I have been an ASJB Scholarship recipient. Now, I am thrilled to be able to give back to ASJB and have the opportunity to reach out to other college students while hopefully giving them the support they need to live out their faith and thrive in college.
